Security: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit cards information and numbers will not be stored on our servers.
Delivery Charges: All orders in the 48 contiguous United States are shipped at no charge via the most economical ground delivery service. Alaska and Hawaii will incur shipping charges.
International Orders: Please call 248-322-5408 to place an international order.
Handling Charge: A $3.95 handling charge is added to all orders.
Tax: Sales Tax may be added to your order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery zip code.
Order Confirmation
- After submitting your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
- You can also view your order status in your account history on your account page. This will only display orders you have placed online.
- You will receive an e-mail when your order ships with tracking information.
- It's unlikely, but if you should receive an error message while placing your order, please cut and paste the message or send a screen shot to us via email, admin@shopmsgpc.net.

When will my order ship?
- Available in-stock items will leave our facility within 3 to 5 business days.
- Orders recieved after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

Order Status

How can I send a gift or ship to another address?
- Yes, the option is available when you check out to ship to another address.

How can I tell if you received my order?

Can I cancel an item or change my order after it is submitted?
- Yes, send us an email with your request to admin@shopmsgpc.net or call 1-877-299-0818 and speak to one of our customer service agents.
- Please include your name, address, order number and item to be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns must be made within 30 days of our shipping date.
- Please read the materials included with your item. Some electronics may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Check the manual that came with the product for return instructions.
- If you would like to return or exchange any item, please email admin@shopmsgpc.net or call 1-877-299-0818 and speak to one of our customer service agents to start your return.
- Please return all items in like-new condition, in original un-opened packaging with packing sufficient to avoid damage.
- Any instruction manuals or product cases must also be included with returned item.
- Returned items not meeting these conditions may be refused or returned without credit.
- Air Express charges and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please send your package back to us via insured and prepaid U.S. mail or FedEx (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery).

Warranties
- Electronics, Golf Clubs, Grills:
- Refer to the applicable manufacturer warranty included with the item and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for return or replacement.
- Clothing and other items:

Problems With Your Order/Damaged Shipments/Claims:

- Damaged shipments must be reported to Marketing Strategies Group, Inc, within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
Gift Certificates
- At this time we do not accept our gift certificates online. We are working to add this option.
- Please use the site to view the merchandise. Mail, fax or scan and e-mail your certificate for redemption.

- Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise from the Pepsi Promotional Merchandise Collection produced by Marketing Strategies Group, Inc. only.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may not be used to as payment on outstanding Marketing Strategies invoices.
